A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away was a period of the Volo Bogtrotters known as the "Jim Nelson" years. We honed our driving double fiddle sound, travelling far and wide to festivals such as Brandywine, Battleground, Wheatland, Hiawatha and Clifftop. We also made three recordings for the Marimac label during this time.
